The Honourable Brigadier (Retired) Mark Anthony Phillips is the Prime Minister of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana. He served his country in uniform for over three decades, rising to Chief of Staff of the Guyana Defence Force.
As Prime Minister, he oversees the public information sector, energy transition initiatives, and disaster risk management, bringing military discipline and a spirit of service to the highest levels of government.
A graduate of the University of Guyana and the Inter-American Defense College, Prime Minister Phillips is a steadfast advocate of national unity and the One Guyana vision.
